Refund Policy – Ayvid and Co.
At Ayvid and Co., we are committed to delivering high-quality Social Media Marketing (SMM) and digital services. However, due to the nature of our work, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
No Refunds on Completed Services
Once a service has been initiated, executed, or completed, no refunds will be provided. This includes:
- Social Media Strategy Development
- Content Creation & Posting
- Ad Campaign Execution
- Engagement & Automation Services
Cancellation & Partial Refunds
- If a client cancels the service before work begins, a full refund may be issued.
- If the project is in progress but not completed, a partial refund may be considered based on the work done.
Refunds for Subscription-Based Services
- Monthly retainers and ongoing services (e.g., Social Media Management) require a 30-day notice for cancellation.
- No refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle, but the service will continue until the end of the term.
Unsatisfactory Service Claims
If a client is dissatisfied with the service:
- We offer revisions and adjustments to meet expectations.
- Refunds will not be issued for subjective dissatisfaction if the agreed work has been delivered.
Refunds for Technical Issues & Errors
- If an error or failure occurs on our end that prevents service delivery, a refund or service credit may be offered.
- Refunds are not available for issues caused by third-party platforms (Meta, Google, Instagram, etc.).
Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances
No refunds will be provided in cases of uncontrollable events, including:
- Social media policy changes affecting campaigns
- Unexpected platform restrictions or bans
- Economic or legal changes impacting digital marketing
Dispute Resolution
If a refund request is disputed, both parties agree to negotiate a fair resolution before escalating the matter.
This refund policy ensures transparency and fair terms for both Ayvid and Co. and our clients. By signing our agreement or making a payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
